Return and Refund Policies

General Information

No returns or refunds will be accepted for products purchased more than 30 days ago, except for previously approved exceptions.

Return Conditions

If the return is due to an order error by the customer (incorrect choice, change of mind), approval is required, and return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. The returned item must be in its original packaging, properly protected, and of appropriate box dimensions.

In the event of an error by the warehouse or Groupe.Expert, we will cover the return or exchange shipping costs so that the customer receives the originally ordered product. If the customer chooses to modify the order during the process, any additional costs for the item or shipping will be their responsibility.

Return Procedure

1. Return Authorization

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA) issued by Groupe.Expert. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at 450 994-1199.

Note: Groupe.Expert reserves the right to request photos of the product and/or packaging before issuing a return number.

2. Return Timeframe

Returns must be made within ten (10) business days following the issuance of the RMA. After this period, the RMA will be canceled, and the return will be refused.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part.

Refunds

Only returned items will be refunded; initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Inspections

All returned products will be inspected. Groupe.Expert reserves the right to refuse any return that, in its sole discretion, does not meet its return criteria. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse, improper installation, use not recommended by the manufacturer, or attempts to modify or repair the product.

Modified or Unauthorized Products : Any product that has been modified or returned without the written authorization of Groupe.Expert will be automatically refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Warranty Merchandise

Credits, repairs, or replacements will be made in accordance with the manufacturers' warranties after inspecting the defective product. The manufacturing defect must be described in detail during the return request.

If no defect is identified during the inspection, Groupe.Expert will inform the customer and return the product at their expense. If the customer refuses delivery or fails to pick up the product within the allotted time, Groupe.Expert reserves the right to retain the product as well as any amounts paid for it. Transportation costs will also be charged to the customer.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of an accepted return for a defective product, Groupe.Expert's liability is limited solely to the refund of the product's selling price. Groupe.Expert shall not be liable for labor costs for the installation or uninstallation of the defective product, nor for any property damage that may result from its use.

Special Orders

Special orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. No returns or refunds will be granted for these orders, which are considered final sales.
