Delivery Policy
We offer free shipping within Canada (some conditions apply*) for orders of $150.00 and over before taxes and for items weighing less than 100 lbs (45 kg). This offer includes all applicable discounts and promotional codes.Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.

*Conditions for Free Shipping
Free shipping does not apply to the following cases:
- Remote Addresses: Free shipping does not apply to addresses considered remote by carriers, including Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavik, and other regions defined as remote. Please note that we do not determine these regions; the carriers do.
- Combined Transport: In some cases, transport may require a combination of road and maritime transport over short distances. Additional fees associated with this, such as storage, handling, or other carrier requirements, are the responsibility of the customer.
- Heavy Items: Free shipping does not apply to items weighing more than 100 lbs (45 kg) or whose dimensional weight exceeds carrier standards. (We will contact you to confirm fees before shipping.)
- Certain Provinces: Free shipping does not apply to the following provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia.
- Specialized Deliveries: Additional fees apply for deliveries requiring a hydraulic tailgate and/or a delivery appointment.
- No Delivery to P.O. Boxes: Please provide a valid physical address.
- Air Transport: No deliveries requiring air transport are offered.
Delivery fees may also be adjusted based on fluctuations in fuel prices.
Shipping Time and Carriers
We generally ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Carriers include Canada Post, Purolator, GLS, Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Midland, Guilbault, or any other partners selected based on the destination and the characteristics of the package.
Tracking and Receipt of Order
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- Package Inspection: Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package and immediately report any damage to our customer service with supporting photos.
- If the package is heavily damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the order and notifying the delivery person.
