Our delivery policy

We offer free shipping in Canada (certain conditions apply*) for orders of $150.00 and more before taxes made on the Outils.Expert website, including all applicable discounts and promotional codes.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.

The free shipping offer applies to a single shipment only. We ship complete orders, at the time when all ordered products are available. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them

*Additional shipping costs may be charged:

  • For certain products whose actual or volumetric weight is higher than the standards of the carriers. (We will contact you if necessary to let you know the cost of transportation before shipping the item to you.)
  • For some Canadian provinces such as British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia.
  • For a delivery requiring a hydraulic platform (tailgate) and / or an appointment.

*The free shipping policy does not apply to delivery addresses considered remote as well as Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and any other Canadian destinations requiring air or sea transportation.

Delivery charges are always subject to change, depending on the evolution of the price of fuel.

Shipping your package

Packages are usually shipped within 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment, subject to all reservations, unless there are special situations beyond our control. We use standard delivery services from Canada Post, Purolator, (GLS)Dicom, Fedex and other carriers at our discretion. The carrier is chosen according to the destination, dimensions, and total weight of the package.

Regardless of the delivery method chosen, a tracking number will be provided.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

It is essential to contact us upon receipt of your order if the box and/or item is damaged. If you can take pictures of your package, it will be easier for us to help you.

If the package is received very damaged by the carrier, we strongly suggest that you notify the delivery person and refuse delivery immediately. We will ensure a follow-up so that you receive the ordered item in good condition.
